How to make a deletion request
Send enough context to locate the relevant record, but do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. A request can be sent directly to hello@siterea.com.

1. Send the request
Email hello@siterea.com and say that you are requesting deletion of personal data.

2. Identify the record
Include the email address or service context connected with the record when it is known. Do not send passwords, payment data, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Review and verification
SITEREA may ask for enough information to verify the request and will review whether any information must be retained for an applicable legal or operational reason.

4. Complete the applicable action
Data that can be deleted is handled through the applicable process; any justified retention is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
